  • JPG, PNG or PDF format
  • 20mb maximum
  • Formatted for 24” - 36” (either orientation) at 150dpi
  • Reduced sizes ok, but no zip files

VIDEOS

  • HD or smaller
  • 1920 x 1080 pixels max
  • MOV format
  • 120 seconds max length
  • 25 MB max file size

TEXT

  • PDF format
  • 10mb maximum

 

SUBMISSION PROCESS:

Please use your secure 5 digital order number when uploading materials. We will use this to keep your submission anonymous and you no longer need to include your name or personal information on any submission materials. 

1. Complete the submission form provided below.

2. Name your files as follows: yourordernumber_filename_threedigitsequencenumber

example: order number is 00001, file name is building painting and it is 1 of 4 files = 00001_buildingpainting_001

3. Click the "Submit Items" button

4. Using Drop it to me client, upload your submission form FIRST, followed by secondary uploads for your files as needed. (max upload size, 75mb)
